Irshad Manji, sahabat kepada Salman Rushdie, pendukung liberal & LGBT antarabangsa telah berada di Malaysia dan akan mengadakan program diskusi buku liberalnya di Monash University, Sunway Campus pada hari Jumaat 18/5/2012 pukul 1.00-2.00 ptg iaitu ketika umat Islam sdg solat Jumaat. Mohon pihak Kerajaan mengambil serius perkara ini
