Pesuruhjaya Polis Sabah, Datuk Hamza Taib berkata, suspek yang ditahan pada pukul 6.30 pagi akan disiasat mengikut Seksyen 13 (c) Kanun Keseksaan yang dibaca bersama Akta Kesalahan Keselamatan (langkah-langkah khas) 2012 (SOSMA). - UTUSAN ONLINE
