Kekecohan berlaku di luar Dewan Perhimpunan Cina Pulau Pinang iaitu lokasi Majlis Makan Malam Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) di Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling dekat sini apabila lebih 100 ahli pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO) membantah kehadiran Naib Presiden Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Tian Chua.
Mereka berkumpul sejak pukul 8 malam dan melaungkan slogan anti Tian Chua ketika ketibaan beliau.
Ketua Polis Daerah Timur Laut, Asisten Komisioner Gan Kong Meng yang turut berada di lokasi mengesahkan seorang lelaki ditahan. - UTUSAN
